Essen wird genossen, Essen wir zelebriert. Vielleicht ist die Wertsch\u00e4tzung dem Essen gegen\u00fcber auch der Grund, warum Skandinavien als Vorreiter in Sachen Speciality Coffee gilt.<br \/>\nIn Bergen gibt es ein Restaurant namens <a href=\"https:\/\/bienbar.no\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bien<\/a>, welches in eine alte Apotheke gebaut ist. Das sch\u00f6ne an dem Restaurant ist, dass es die Gratwanderung schafft, zwischen Gourmet-Restaurant und Treffpunkt f\u00fcr alle. Es kann sein, dass man sich f\u00fcr ein romantisches Dinner trifft und am Tisch nebenan Trinken die Fans des lokalen Fussballclubs ein Bier. Alle sind willkommen und niemand st\u00f6rt sich am anderen. Ich mache in Restaurants selten Fotos vom Essen, in diesem Fall konnte ich es aber nicht lassen.
